Grezzio is a Windows application for B2B cold email campaigns, sold as a single licence for a one-time price of €99. The price includes free updates within the version line you purchased. It does not include a subscription, hosting, or any recurring fee to Logosphere. Grezzio requires you to supply your own AI provider API key and your own email account(s); any costs charged by those third parties are between you and them.

3. How the contract is formed

Clicking the purchase button and completing payment constitutes an offer to buy a licence to Grezzio. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Payment and VAT

Payment is processed by Gumroad, which acts as Merchant of Record for this sale and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT. Your payment details are handled entirely by Gumroad; Logosphere never receives or stores your card details.

5. Delivery

Grezzio is delivered digitally: immediately after payment, you receive a download link and a unique licence key by email. No physical item is shipped.

6. Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

7. Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Grezzio is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under EU consumer law, this right does not apply once we have begun delivering the digital content, provided that:

• you gave your prior express consent for delivery to begin immediately, before the 14-day period ended; and
• you acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

You give this consent by checking the dedicated box at checkout, separate from your general acceptance of these Terms. If you complete a purchase without checking that box, your right of withdrawal under Section 6 still applies and you should contact us at info@logosphere.nl before downloading or activating the software.

7a. Why there is no separate withdrawal button

Directive (EU) 2023/2673 requires an electronic "withdraw from contract here" function for online purchases where a statutory right of withdrawal exists. It does not create a new right and does not change the exceptions in Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive. Because a valid purchase of Grezzio falls under the Article 16(m) digital-content exception described in Section 7, no right of withdrawal exists for that purchase once you have given the consent described above — so there is nothing left to provide a withdrawal function for. If you did not give that consent, Section 6 applies in full and you should contact us before downloading or activating the software.

8. Licence

Use of Grezzio is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) supplied with the installer. These Terms govern the purchase itself; the EULA governs what you may do with the software.

9. No guarantee of legal compliance

Grezzio's built-in market checker surfaces publicly available email-marketing rules to help you plan a campaign. It is not legal advice, it does not constitute a legal opinion, and it does not guarantee that any campaign you run complies with any law. You remain solely responsible for the campaigns you send. Before a large or high-risk campaign, we recommend independent legal advice.

10. Liability

Logosphere's liability for any claim arising from this purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the licence, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law (for example, liability for intent or gross negligence).

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@logosphere.nl. If we cannot resolve it directly, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, regardless of this clause. Disputes not resolved amicably or via ODR may be brought before the competent court in The Hague, Netherlands, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence where mandatory law allows it.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
